The honest situation
In the company's own words: funding, runway and when a salary could start.Pre-revenue and self-funded by the founders. The platform is live and the first companies are joining. We plan to start salaries after our first funding round or once revenue covers them. Until then, this role is equity-only.

Kasvulava's whole social presence, from the very first post. You'll document what it's really like to build a startup in Estonia: launches, mistakes, events and the people behind them. You choose the platforms, set the rhythm, make the content and work out what makes people share it. As a co-founder, you'll also have a real say in where Kasvulava goes next. The goal: every founder and job seeker in Estonia knows our name.
You'll do well here if you
