For anything about your data, write to privacy@kasvulava.eu. We answer within one month at the latest. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law doesn't require one for our activities.

You can browse kasvulava without an account. To create an account we need your email address; without it we can't sign you in. Everything else in your profile is up to you, but companies may need certain information, such as a CV, to consider an application.
Our providers are mostly US companies. Where personal data is transferred to or accessible from outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where needed. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards at privacy@kasvulava.eu.

Write to privacy@kasvulava.eu from the email address of your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within one month; if a request is complex we may extend this by up to two more months and will tell you why.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, info@aki.ee, www.aki.ee, or to the data protection authority where you live or work. We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.
We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Matching jobs to your filters and job alerts is done on your instructions; companies decide about applications themselves.
kasvulava is meant for people aged 16 and over. If you're younger, please don't create an account. If we learn that a child under 16 has given us personal data, we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is limited by role-based rules in the database, CVs are stored privately and shared only through short-lived links, and sign-in works through one-time email links instead of passwords. If a breach is likely to put your rights at high risk, we will tell you without undue delay.
We'll update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll tell signed-in users by email or on the site before it takes effect.
